PBS Approved Stationery:
- Paper prescriptions must be printed on PBS Approved stationery which can be ordered through HPOS
- If you do not have access to HPOS, you may fill out this form and post it to Services Australia.

Steps

⚠️ In order write prescriptions your organisation admin should have assigned you a prescriber seat, your organisation should have been set up and validated and you should have set up your Prescriber account. Scripts must be printed on PBS Approved Stationery

Navigate to New Prescription
Select Prescription Type > Paper
Add Medication To Prescription and input relevant prescription fields
Click Add Medication To Prescription
Select Print
Review and confirm your prescription
Wait for the message Prescription Created Successfully To Appear
At this stage, some web browsers may block pop ups. For example, in Safari a blocked pop up looks like this. Click this icon to open your PDF to be printed if your tab does not open automatically. Troubleshooting for popular browsers can be viewed here
You will see a PDF on the next tab that looks like this
Click Print in your web browser, and make sure you have your PBS Approved Stationery in the printer
