How to update my personal details?

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Edit Your User Details
   
   
   
   
2. If a new prescriber, you will need to add your ERX Entity ID and Validate Your HPI-I. You must click Validate after updating each section, or else it will not save.
   
   
   • HPI-I: Input your HPI-I number and click VALIDATE
     
     
     
     
   • ERX Entity ID: Once you have been sent your ERX Entity ID, enter it here and click VALIDATE
     
     
     
     
3. You may update further details in the fields below. You will be unable to prescribe without certain mandatory fields including:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Address
   • HPI-I
   • ERX Entity ID
   • Qualifications
   • Practitioner Type
