Navigate to Settings &gt; Account &gt; Edit 

Input your HPI-I number and select VALIDATE (Don't know your HPI-I number? <a href="https://help.parchment.health/en/articles/10843022-how-to-find-my-hpi-i">Look it up on PRODA</a>)

Input your ERX Entity ID Number and select VALIDATE ​ ​Each new prescriber must generate a valid <a href="https://help.parchment.health/en/articles/10843023-how-do-i-generate-an-erx-entity-id">ERX entity ID</a>, connected to Parchment. If you have a previous ID with another piece of software, you will need to generate a new one. ERX Entity ID Requests can take up to 5 days. Unfortunately we cannot speed this up. ​

Once these fields are completed, you may now <a href="https://help.parchment.health/en/articles/10843034-how-to-write-an-electronic-prescription">write electronic prescriptions</a>

4. Input your details and click VALIDATE
 
 
5. Input your address and click VALIDATE
 
 
6. Once these fields are completed, you may now <a href="https://help.parchment.health/en/articles/10843034-how-to-write-an-electronic-prescription">write electronic prescriptions</a>
