Each prescriber must have their own ERX entity ID. If you have an ID for another software, you will need to re-register again with Parchment. This does not need to be completed by a provider and can be done so by any staff member.

Fill in the form and submit it to ERX. You must select Parchment ePrescriptions from the Prescribing Software list
Timeline to receive your ID
Your ID will be emailed to the email address you included in the form below.
It will take up to 5 business days. Unfortunately we cannot speed up this process!
The email header will contain ERX and Parchment ePrescriptions
ERX is the government funded National Prescription Delivery Service. ERX is the software that connects Parchment to pharmacies to dispense medication. You can read more about ERX here. |
