You may find your HPI-I via PRODA. As an individual Provider you can look this up through Link Service, if you have access to My Health Record, you can look this up, otherwise you can call AHPRA, or HI Services.
PRODA (via link Service)
Steps
⚠️ To find your PRODA RA number you should have first set up a PRODA account. |
- Access PRODA here and click on Link Identifiers on the Healthcare Professional Online Services tile
- Input your AHPRA registration number to search
PRODA (via HI Identifier Look Up)

⚠️ You should have first set up a PRODA account. If you have assigned a delegate, they can also find this for you. You should be a member of an organisation with access to My Health Record. |
- Login to PRODA
- Click on Go To Service
- Click on My Programs
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record. If you do not see this tile, you are not a member of an organisation with access to MHR. Look up information on registering an HPI-O and assigning a member to an organisation
- Select your Organisation from the list
- Select Search HI for Provider Individual
- Input the Provider's AHPRA number which can be searched for here and their Last Name and Click Search
- The Provider's HPI-I should appear on the next page

- Call AHPRA on 1300 419 495 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm local time).
Call HI Services
Steps
- Contact the HI Service enquiry line at 1300 361 457 (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm local time).
