Steps
⚠️ To find your HPI-O you should have first set up a PRODA account. If you have assigned a delegate, they can also find this for you. |
Log in to your PRODA account.
Navigate to the "My programs" section.
Choose "Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record".
Go to "Healthcare Identifiers - Manage existing Records".
Click on "Search HI provider directory service for organisation".
Enter the organisation’s name, state, and country, then click "search".
If the organisation isn’t listed, use "Refine search" and enter any additional details you have.
