To create patient you should have should have linked Parchment to Nookal and have the prescriber or patient manage role assigned in Parchment. You may view a full guide on adding patients to Parchment here
Click Clinical Notes > Exercises in Nookal. Then Click "Open In Parchment ePrescriptions" to create a new patient, go to an existing patient, and write a prescription.
