To create patient you should have should have linked Parchment to Principle and have the prescriber or patient manage role assigned in Parchment. You may view a full guide on adding patients to Parchment here
Writing a Script For Patients
From your patient's profile click on Prescriptions > Create Prescription via Parchment and this will allow you to write an electric script through Parchment which will then sync back into Principle
Addressing Errors Within Principle
Occasionally you will see the "Create Prescription In Parchment" button is greyed out with an error triangle, hover over this to see the error and adjust your patient's profile prior to proceeding
