Steps
⚠️ To create a patient through Scripted you should have linked Parchment with Scripted, set up your organisation & prescribers, and have the appropriate security role within Parchment |
Creating & Adding A New Patient
Go to the "Consultations" menu from within Scripted
Click the icon in the 'Actions' column against the patient for whom you wish to write a script
From the pop-out menu, click prescribe to create and validate a new patient in Parchment, or access an existing patient
Patients without prerequisite data
If your patient cannot be verified or does not have all of the prerequisite data, the below screen will appear. Add in additional information, and click the (+) button to add them. If you cannot find your patient, double check their details and if they are still not appearing, you may want to look them up on PRODA.
