Creating & Adding A New Patient
Once set up you simply need to click Open Client in Parchment on the coreplus client page, and it will open up your patient within Parchment to write a prescription.
Patients without prerequisite data
If your patient cannot be verified or does not have all of the prerequisite data, the below screen will appear. Add in additional information, and click the (+) button to add them. If you cannot find your patient, double check their details and if they are still not appearing, you may want to look them up on PRODA.
