How do I generate an Evidence of Prescription (EoP)?

Steps

⚠️ In order generate an Evidence of Prescription (EoP) your organisation admin should have assigned you a prescriber seat, your organisation should have been set up and validated and you should have set up your Prescriber account. The EoP will appear as a pop-up which browsers may block
  1. Click the prescription you wish to send an EoP for on your patient's script summary page



  2. Click Reissue

  3. Click Print



  4. View Pop Up to see your Patient's Evidence of Prescription

    Is your EoP not appearing?

    Some web browsers may block pop ups. For example, in Safari a blocked pop up looks like this. Click this icon to open your PDF to be printed if your tab does not open automatically. Troubleshooting for other popular browsers can be viewed here
