You must have either an Rx Queuer or Prescriber role in order to queue a script.

Queuing a script

  1. To queue a script, write the prescription as per usual

  2. At the end you will see an option for Save prescription for later. After selecting the delivery type, if you have more than one prescriber, you need to select the prescriber to assign the script to

  3. Select your Prescriber

  4. Click Queue For Later

  5. You will see the Queued Scripts against the patient profile

Approving Queued Prescriptions

Only a Prescriber may approve and write prescriptions

Bulk Approval

  1. Go To Rx Queue on the menu. Here you can review the prescriptions before you write them once reviewed, click "All" to select all scripts for approval, then Bulk Approve Selected, then Write Prescriptions to start writing all scripts.

  2. You will see a loading list with the prescriptions being written.

  3. Once written, there will be no more scripts left in the queue. You can go to your patients' profiles to look at the final script.

Single Approval

  1. Go To Rx Queue in the side menu, and click approve on the script you wish to approve (you may also amend, or reject if it is not correct)

  2. Click Confirm on the next screen and the script will be written
