⚠️ If you cannot validate your patient, you may still issue them a paper prescription and then email them an Evidence Of Prescription which may be accepted for emergencies |

If you encounter a "Patient Not Found" error, it likely means their details were entered incorrectly. Please double-check their information and try searching again.

If your patient still cannot be found, attempt to search for their IHI through PRODA. If their IHI is not available, your patient may not have one and should apply for one through Services Australia.

You can still issue a paper prescription for patients without an IHI.
