How to add or remove a Prescriber?

Add a Prescriber

Steps

⚠️ In order to add a Prescriber you must have the appropriate security role and ensure you have enough Prescriber Seats. If you do not have enough Prescriber seats, you will need to add additional seats
  1. Click the Settings gear in the side-menu
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Edit on the user you want to add the licence to
  4. Tick Prescriber
  5. Click Update

Remove a Prescriber

Steps

⚠️ In order to remove a Prescriber you must have the appropriate security role. Removing a prescriber will add an additional seat. If you do not need this seat you should decrease your prescriber seats
  1. Click the Settings gear in the side-menu
  2. Click Users
  3. Click Edit on the user you want to remove the licence for
  4. Untick Prescriber
  5. Click Update
