You may be getting this error because your personal details don’t match the information listed on the Australian Business Register (ABR).
To fix this:
Check that the person registering the organisation is listed as an Authorised Contact or Associate on the ABR.
You can update these details by logging into the ABR using your myGovID.
Once updated, try the PRODA registration again.
Tip: You can’t register an organisation unless PRODA can match your identity to the ABR record for the business.
