How to integrate with Cliniko?

Integrating with Cliniko will allow you to create a new patient, and open new patients, straight from Cliniko.

Steps

1. Generate an API key through Cliniko
2. Navigate to Settings > Organisation > Edit.
   
3. Copy your Cliniko API key in to the Cliniko Integration API Key and click Validate.
   
   

   🐞 We know there is a bug related to this field. When you click Validate, and refresh the screen, it will not generate a confirmation and the field will remain blank. Your API key has still been added and no further action is needed from you. We will fix this soon!

   
4. Once you have completed the above, ensure you have the appropriate Cliniko security role and navigate to Settings > Integrations on Cliniko.
   
   
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, add the below fields in as the app name and URL and select Save connected patient apps

   Parchment eScripts	https://portal.parchment.health/partners/cliniko

   
6. When you see the below confirmation, you are now set up! You may now start syncing patients from Cliniko using the open in button.
