How to look up a Prescriber number on PRODA?

  • To access PRODA, click here

  • For further assistance with HPOS, call 132 150 (option 6) or email [email protected]

Steps

⚠️ You should have first set up a PRODA account and if you are doing this on behalf of a Provider, you should have requested delegation access from them.

  • If you are a Provider's delegate, start from step 1

  • If you are a Provider, skip steps 3 & 4

  1. Login to PRODA

  2. Click Go to service

  4. Click Select on the Provider who's profile you wish to access

  5. Select My Details

  6. Select My personal details

  7. Prescriber number(s) are listed on this page
