Troubleshooting
| ⚠️ There are two ways to set up your 2FA code. The first is via an Authenticator application like 1Password. The second is via email. If you set up your 2FA with an Authenticator application, you should access the app to find this code. |
- Your 2FA login code will be sent to your email, wait a minute and then check your junk mail if it is not there
- If you still did not receive your code, reach out to your organisation admin to check your email is correct
- If it is not correct, please submit a request
