Zanda is currently beta-testing their integration, it should be live by 1 July 2026
ℹ️ Integrating with Zanda will allow you to create a new patient and open new patients from within Zanda:
To integrate with Zanda you need and active Zanda subscription and have the appropriate user permission (Admin Settings) in Zanda:
You must have the appropriate security role (either Owner or Admin) in Parchment.
Once integrated, you must configure Parchment Permission for you Zanda users.

Integrate with Zanda
You will find the option to Connect to Parchment on the Optional Add-Ons page of your Zanda account subscription. For more information on connecting and setting up user permissions, please see the Zanda Knowledge Base.
Click Connect to Parchment
Navigate to Zanda on the PMS integration page in Parchment
Click Manage on the Zanda card to obtain your Organisation Credentials and copy those across to the Zanda Parchment connection modal
Select Validate
When completed your Zanda account will be connected to Parchment
Click Configure Permissions to set up Parchment access for your Zanda users
Accessing Patients Through Zanda
⚠️ You will be unable to create a new patient from within Parchment, this should be done directly from Zanda. Patients are only individually created when the create patient/prescribe button is pressed.
