PRODA has notified me that there’s a new message requiring action, but I can’t access it. What should I do?

Trouble accessing a PRODA message? Here’s how to find it and what to do if it was sent to the original HPIO applicant’s account.

You can view your messages by logging in to PRODA, clicking the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner), and selecting Messages.

Please note: Messages are sent to the PRODA account of the person who submitted the initial HPIO (Healthcare Provider Identifier – Organisation) application. If you’re unable to see the message, we recommend confirming who submitted the original application and asking them to check their PRODA inbox.
