Why am I receiving "Parchment Health Service May Be Unavailable" error when I am adding a new patient?

If you are receiving the below error, it is likely that your patient's gender is incorrectly inputted - simply adjust the gender using the drop down and it should submit successfully. If not does not, please submit a bug.
