How can I request delegation access to another PRODA account?

For further assistance with HPOS, call 132 150 (option 6) or email help@digitalhealth.gov.au

Steps

⚠️ You should have first set up a PRODA account and have the PRODA RA number of the account you wish to add

Log in to PRODA
Click "Go to service"
Click "My Providers"
Add in the Provider's details and click "Request delegation"
The provider you added should then log in to their own PRODA account to accept the request
