Managing drugs as an individual prescriber
Adding a drug
You must have a Prescriber role to add an individual drug – only the prescriber who added the custom drug can see it. Please read our formatting guidelines on how to correctly format your drug.
Click here or go to Drugs > My Drugs > Add New Drug
Enter your drug details and click Add Drug

To prescribe this drug, select Custom when prescribing and it will appear below
Editing, deleting or copying custom drugs as an individual prescriber
Go To Drugs > My Drugs
Click the Pencil to edit an existing formulation
Click Copy (the two squares), to copy a drug
Click the Bin to delete a drug
Bulk managing organisation drugs
You must have an Admin role enabled to bulk manage custom drugs across the whole organisation
Adding drugs across an organisation
Click here or go to Drugs > Organisation Drugs > Bulk Upload
Click download template to download a formatting template
⚠️ Do not alter the headers on the spreadsheet, it will cause the upload to fail.Fill in your spreadsheet
⚠️ Please read our formatting guidelines on how to correctly format your drugDrag your spreadsheet template into the upload module or click it to select your template. You will see a success, or failure message with reasons the drug did not upload.
To prescribe these drug, select Custom when prescribing and they will appear below as a pre-defined list.
Bulk editing custom drugs across your organisation
To ensure continuity and prevent duplications, you must delete and re-upload your custom drug template to make bulk edits. Be sure to save a copy of your spreadsheet for future modifications.
Click here or go to Drugs > Organisation Drugs > Bulk Delete and click Confirm
Go to your custom drug .CSV file and make edits directly on the file
Re-upload your drug list per the above process.
